By accessing or using the BusinessInOut (BIO) platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and BusinessInOut, concerning your access to and use of the website and platform.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. Free & Premium Plans

BusinessInOut offers both Free and Premium subscription plans. The Free plan includes basic features as described on our pricing page, while the Premium plan unlocks advanced features.

We reserve the right to modify, terminate, or otherwise amend our offered subscription plans and their associated features at any time. Any changes to pricing will be communicated to you in advance.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or engage in any activity that disrupts the platform's performance.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine that you have violated these terms or engaged in any behavior that we deem inappropriate or harmful to our platform or other users.

5. Intellectual Property

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BusinessInOut and its licensors. The platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of BusinessInOut.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the financial and business data you input into the platform. BusinessInOut does not claim ownership of your data.

By using the platform, you grant us a license to host, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We will never sell your data to third parties.

7. Payment Terms

If you choose a Premium plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the subscription plan you select.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Cancellation & Refunds policy or required by law.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. If you cancel, your account will downgrade to the Free plan.

We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused features, unless expressly stated otherwise or mandated by applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BusinessInOut, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the platform is at your sole risk. The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The platform is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

BusinessInOut does not warrant that the platform will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BusinessInOut is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
